Hi, I have a de novo assembled transcriptome FASTA file which I would like to annonate with the Mercator applicaton.  The file is about 90MB, so it is three times the size limit of the Mercator web interface.  The reason for the large file size is the plant is a polyploid species. I have used Mercator to annotate some differentially expressed transcripts but it would be helpful for our research to have the complete transcriptome annotated.  Please let me know if this can be done.  Thanks.
